I wanted to talk to you about some of the natural muscle growth methods that are available to you. I think a lot of people get involved in this sport, but don’t see the results they were anticipating. This will often lead to people feeling pressure to take a more unnatural approach, such as steroids, to get the results that they’ve been looking for. The reality is that if people look to negative side of steroids, they would never touch it. I’ve found that you can get practically the same results keeping it all natural. Your main area of focus should be your diet. The food you eat is going to determine how well your body can repair muscle tissue. If you eat sloppy, you get sloppy results. The easiest thing you can do is cut out all the chemically enriched processed foods and start eating real food. The chemicals added to food really does cause problems and slows down the bodies ability to build tissue.
For natural muscle growth in the gym, you have to understand that your testosterone levels start to drop as soon as you begin working out.
